    I was wondering if anyone knew how to code a plugin in MCPH for an example; add crates & the winnings

    I do not think that is a thing but very creative idea that they should add

    Your best bet would be to ask around on the spigot forums, as there are a lot of plugin devs there. That isn't something MCPH would do. :)

    Not lots of people code plugins for free as they do come off as time sensitive as building spawns, maps, and other creations do too.
    One thing you can do, is if you do have money, you could request a developer on Minecraft Market (MCM) or Spigot.
    Again, not lots of developers code plugins for free. It takes as long as making a big spawn just as it takes as long as making a big plugin.
