I have been trying to configure Dynmap with my IP as the directions on this site state. I've tried other suggestions for three days now. I also tried to disable the firewall temporarily so I could open with my ip and port but I keep getting error message of all kinds....help!
I tried two sets of numbers for my IP so i'm a bit confused there
    192.168.173.1
73.10.143.194 (pretty sure this is my IP)
and I tried all different numbers for the port...especially the suggested ones.
I sent this as a ticket so if I get help here first I will cancel the ticket. Thank you for any help.
    Thank you.
    Vicki

@Vccart Could you paste your dynmap config file using www.pastebin.com. It will really help with debugging your problem

I was looking at the release notes for the 1.9 spigot, 1.8 plugins SHOULD work with 1.9

What is the IP that you use to connect to your Minecraft Server (Numerical)

EDIT on line 319 change this line to the IP of your server
    Code:
    #webserver-bindaddress: 0.0.0.0
Also remove the #, so using the IP above, it should look like this
    Code:
    webserver-bindaddress: 73.10.143.194
Then use the following to access (In browser)
    Code:
    73.10.143.194:6623

if i put in just my IP I do get my gateway. The port is not working. If i put that in it seems to want to do a search or I get a timeout error.

Hi vccart, you need to enter your server ip. If you are getting your gateway then your misunderstanding to what Ip is to br used. In control panel please you the number Ip displayed in the front. This setup instruction may help you.-Link

I recommend Delete the configuation.txt and start the server. Then edit the port on line 322 and set to 8210 in the Configuation.txt. Then restart server. The go to http://ServerIp:8210

I tried the server address found in the control panel and switched the port to 8210. Got this:
Google Chrome's connection attempt to 198.24.178.178 was rejected. The website may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.

the IP has this port attached does this matter:
    198.24.178.178:25944
