    NOTICE: The Administration Staff reserves the right to edit, or remove the contents of this list at any time deemed fit without prior notice.

    By using and participating on the MCProHosting, LLC Forums, you hereby agree to all rules and terms supplied. Users who do not abide to said rules and terms will be subject to penalties at the Administration's discretion. All terms are subject to change, meaning it is your responsibility to stay updated to avoid punishment. All staff members are trained to handle situations and will have a suitable punishment for each infraction.

    I. General Forum Rules:

    Do not:
    • Advertise anything unrelated to MCProHosting, LLC (See section III)
    • Post “Screamers”
    • Post Spam (See section IV.)
    • Micro-Post (i.e +rep, Nice!, I agree)
    • Abuse hidden exploits, reputation or post reporting systems
    • Create posts/threads in a language other than English.
    • Abuse loop holes.
    • Boost Likes illegitimately
    • Create overly complex Signatures (See section VII.)
    • Disrespect users.
    • Necro-Post (See section V.)
    • Reverse a Moderators decision. If you feel it is wrong message @TylerD
    • Backseat Moderate (See VI.)
    • Post in threads created by spam bots or quote posts made by spam bots.
    • Share your forum account. Forum accounts are intended for use by one person.
    • Bump threads.
    • Use obscene text or profanity.
    • Double-post (use the edit button instead).
    • Post strange links of which we can't verify the safety.
    • Occupy on ban issues that are not relevant to you. If you have something of value to say about someone's ban, please contact staff privately, don't spread it on the forums.
    • Upload any material that is considered illegal.
    • Create offensive content.
    • Troll, Derail, or Provoke.
    • Openly argue with Moderators, contact them via a private message if you have any concerns.
    • Post on threads regarding rules of the server.
    • Post another individual's personal information. This includes but is not limited to names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, pictures, etc
    • Create irrelevant thread titles.
    • Create alternate, backup, or multiple accounts. Accounts are meant to be one per-user.
    • Publicly post or otherwise share Private Messages with other users unless you have the expressed written permission of the sender to do so. Private Messages are intended to be just that - private.
    • Ask to be added to any users control panel.
    • Create extensively long thread titles/subjects. Keep the titles short but descriptive for easier navigation between threads.

    II. Forbidden Topics:
    • Porn and any other material NSFW (Not Safe For Work)
    • Piracy, Warez, Leaked Content.
    • Threats of violence or harassment, even as a joke
    • Posting copyrighted material such as magazine scans
    • Soliciting, begging, auctioning, selling, advertising, referrals
    • Racism, discrimination
    • Drugs, alcohol
    • Religious, political, and other “prone to huge arguments” threads
    • Psychoactive drugs, bootleg software, software designed to circumvent legal restrictions, and any material that such a program would produce
    III. Advertising:

    You may not use the MCProHosting, LLC forums to generate traffic or attention to your endeavor. Websites and projects relating to MCProHosting, LLC such as services or premium addons provided by MCProHosting (Enjin/Buycraft) are permitted granted they are in the proper sub-forum. VOIP servers that are not managed or owned by MCProHosting are not permitted.

    IV. Post Spam:

    This is the act of writing or creating meaningless replies/threads to simply increase the user's post count. Exception | Off-Topic sub-forum (Post count not affected)

    V. Necro-Post:

    This is the act of posting on an thread after it has been inactive for a 7 day period. (News board announcements excluded). If a thread receives new post(s) after a 7 day inactive period the thread can be locked to prevent any additional Necro-Posting. This will be handled case by case and will be at the Staff's discretion. The original thread creator may post in their own thread after a 7 day period.

    VI. Backseat Moderating:

    Moderators are trained and understand how to handle certain situations. Let the moderators do what they are there to do :). Backseat moderating is when a user who is not a moderator attempts to enforce the rules on their behalf. When you see a rule broken take advantage of the report button or privately message a moderator so they can handle the situation.

    VII. Signatures:

    Signatures are available for every community member to use; however, they may not exceed the restrictions given in the following thread. Each will be dealt with case by case but we recommend keeping the Signature as neat as possible with small images, text etc.
