Introducing the "Updates" section - 6/15/16

    Hey Everyone!

    Welcome to the new "Updates" section. This is where you will be able to find changes that were made to the forum to ensure everyone is on the same page. The most recent forum update will be "stickied" to keep the newest changes visible. We are looking forward to the future of the forums and are working to include many new and exciting features to make your experience here even better! :)

    This update includes many interesting conversation features along with more user customization and thread management. I have compiled a list for everyone to view here -

    Member's have access to the follow new features:


    1. Eligible to change their user name twice (2) within a 30 day period. Once your name is changed you will be unable to return to the previous user name. For further assistance please contact @TylerD
    2. Members now have the option to provide a note tied to their user name change.
    3. All Members will receive alerts showing the progress of their user name change along with a record of previous names on their profile page.
    4. All users now have the ability to Lock / Unlock self created threads. Along with the ability to edit thread titles with ease.
    5. Access to a time stamp on conversations (Private messages) alerting members of the "Last Read Date"
    6. Option to hide the "Last read date" from users.
    7. The ability to create and manage conversation prefixes
    8. Option to "Sticky" conversations
    9. Option to kick users from own conversations / Invite them back
    10. Like conversations
    11. Edit own comment on profile posts
    12. Delete own profile posts
