    Hi all

I have installed a Bedrock server on my Linux computer
Everything was working except there were no mobs...
I have seen that the folowing plugin "PureEntitiesX.phar" was needed ans it works now with mobs :)

But my world works fine except that when I put a lever, it is impossible to move it...
When I am on a single player world the lever works...
It is the same with redstone that is impossible to put between rails ans lever

I have the feeling that a function is not implemented...
Do I miss another plugin to be able to have all this function ?

Any Idee how to investigate ?

    Many thanks

    Hey ewok2!

    Great questions!
I'm afraid the PocketMine and NukkitX server type authors have not yet implemented full redstone support to the server types.

Due to this, I'm afraid most redstone including levers will not work.
There is currently not any plugins that add support for redstone.

I would recommend regularly checking the PocketMine updates here, which provide information on when new features are implemented:
    https://github.com/pmmp/PocketMine-MP/releases

If you have any further questions, please let us know and we would love to help you!

    Best Regards,
    Kevin L.

To bad, but many thanks for this clear answer
Is there a way to play on IOS or android device on a personal server with this function implemented ?
Is PocketMine the only way to play with portable device ?

    Hey ewok2!

There is a Bedrock server type version of Minecraft Pocket Edition, however, this server type is not compatible with certain control panels.
PocketMine and NukkitX are currently the best supported Pocket Edition server types for servers that also include support for plugins.

If you have any further questions regarding Pocket Edition, please let us know and we would love to help you!

    Best Regards,
    Kevin L.

    Hi Kevin
I try the official version and it works...
    https://minecraft.net/en-us/download/server/bedrock/
But I try to use the world I already build, and it seem's to have a diffrerent format...
A db directory in stead of a region directory
Is there some operation to perform befor importation of the world ?

When I put my old world in the worlds directory, when the server start (or when the first player connect) he creat a new worl and rename the level.dat to and level.dat_old
And I don't find any log file that explain what append...

    Hey ewok2!

I am so sorry to hear that issue is occurring!
It is possible your previous world is not supported in the latest version of Bedrock.

If possible, please take screenshots using a program such as Gyazo and send me a private message with those screenshots.
I will do my best to determine why your world may not be working, however, since the server is not with MCProHosting I am very limited on the amount of support I can provide.

Once I have that information, I will do my best to help you further!

    Best Regards,
    Kevin L.

    Hey ewok2!

Thank you so much for that information!
I did some research and I believe the issue is that the PocketMine world format is different from what a Bedrock server can read.

PocketMine uses "anvil" world formatting to save its worlds, while Bedrock uses "leveldb" formatting.
Due to this, Bedrock is likely not reading your PocketMine world properly, resulting in your world not being loaded.

I found a converter you may be able to use to convert your world, however, the converter is outdated and may not work:
    https://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/anvil-to-leveldb-converter-java-to-pocket-edition/

I wish you the absolute best with converting and loading your world to your Bedrock server!

    Best Regards,
    Kevin L.

    Hello
I succeed to convert my directory "region" to "db" with the converter "AnvilToLevelDB"
But the level.dat file seems different between Bedrock vanilla and pocketmine...
And the NBTExplorer tools does not succed to edit the level.dat?
=> So the new vanilla server does not use the old converted world...

    Did someone add successfully :
    - Edit a world in Bedrock Vanilla ? (With MCEDIT ?)
    - convert a pocketmine world to vanilla world ?
Because I am not sure it is possible...

    Thanks

    Hey Ewok2!

I'm so sorry that did not work!
In that case, would you be able to private message me with a download link to your world?
(Dropbox or Mediafire are great websites for uploading and sharing files)

I can run some tests this week to see if it is possible to convert your world.
If I can get it working, I'll also be happy to provide you with steps on how to convert a world!

There is a possibility that world cannot be converted, however, I will try my absolute best!

I look forward to hearing from you if you do want to give this a try! :)

    Best Regards,
    Kevin L.
