    Hello!

Anyone else having "No space left on device" errors which makes the server behave exactly how you think it would if it can't write files? :)

I opened a ticket 12 hours ago and have contacted support via live chat twice and asked for an update in the ticket, but I don't know if anyone's looking at it. No updates from support in the ticket.

I'll take the blame. In preparation for an upgrade to 1.12.1 I installed a different backup plugin and shortly after that the "No space left on device" errors started to appear and some referenced the /tmp directory. I assume that plugin exceeded a capacity somewhere, but not anywhere I can get to since we just have a hosted Minecraft plan.

Because the universe has a sense of humor, WorldGuard won't load. Why couldn't it have been BetterChairs?!?

So we're effectively down. I've whitelisted the server. Kids are disappointed, human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria! But it's just a game, right? The part that bothers me is the lack of support from McPro. I brought the server here years ago when I owned it, and the current owner pays the bills on time, ;) so I expect more than 12 hours of radio silence from support. /rant

FYI: Support got back to me around 31 hours after I opened the ticket.

The problem came back and I reopened the ticket. I don't know what's causing the issue so I disabled the "new" backup plugin.

You know it's going to be a weird day when you don't have full system access and the Minecraft server can't load the icon... :)

My suggestion is to clear out all unneeded files like old logs, unneeded backups in them /tmp directory, any config files from plugins that are no longer installed. I would also suggest that you look st the backup plugin config and see if it had an auto-delete if the number of backups reach a certain amount.
