BUG Profile issue

    So I have had MCProHosting for a few months now. I recently just started having issues with my profile/server.. So me and my friends were playing and we got off to go eat dinner and were going to continue afterwards. When we got back on random one of us will lose are gear, achievements, statistics. its random and I've gotten a new server and gone through so much trouble shooting and now they say theirs nothing to be done, they told me I won't be able to use my world I've had for four years! I have had to lose tons of work and time from having to go to backup saves, its frustrating for both me and the support team at this point. The problem Is that they say I just can't use my world anymore which is the only reason I bought it, because I wanted to play that world with my friends. Is there anything I can get or do that will stop this from happening it's vanilla Minecraft with no mods.. Thanks for any advice.

    It's great to see you on the forums and I am so sorry for the delayed response.
    I took a look and I noticed both chunk data and player data on your server is failing to save.

    I believe this may be due to your server running out of memory.
    I would like to try temporarily increasing the RAM on your server to test this.

    Would you be interested in trying this?

    Unfortunately, our currently automatic backup system is down for upgrades.
    This means we currently do not have previous backups of servers at this time.

    I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

    At this time, the RAM on your server has been temporarily increased by an extra 2GB.
    Please let me know how your server performs now.

    I will check back with you in the next 48 hours if I do not hear from you to see how your server is running!
    At that point, I will also remove the extra RAM and then if you're interested in upgrading I would love to help you!

    So my profile is still gone? It's kind of disappointing To think that all my stuff and progress is gone after four years TBH. I know its not your fault,but its still really disappointing
    On a side note, the extra ram helps, how much is it for extra ram though..

    Reviewing your server, I did notice a backup from April 15th.

    Would this backup happen to contain your profile/player data?
    If so, I would be happy to help you with restoring this!
