RESOLVED Submitting a ticket

    I recently had my villager plan canceled so I could get a more reliable payment method, and now that I have I need to ask for a restoration of the files that I had as I did not back them up to my computer. The knowledgebase says to "submit a support ticket with our Restoration department", but whenever I go to, the only thing I get is a search bar to search the knowledgebase, which tells me to submit a ticket. Is there something wrong or am I missing something?
